When I ordered I asked if I could have a cup of sauce (oil/vinegar) on the side to dip my sandwich into. They said no problem. When I got my food, no cup. I asked for this, and Kevin, who says he is the manager, tells me this is not allowed. We normally eat at the Beechmont location in Ohio and I have always been given a little cup of sauce. I've never had a bad sandwich from Jimmy John's. all in all I give them a 5-star rating. The sandwiches are always consistent and always taste good and fresh to me !
