Went to whits last Saturday 03/18/23 and purchased 3 medium Whitzers at over $7/piece 2 of which were barely over half full, the last one was still only about 3/4 full. Did not say anything to the kid behind the counter as it was slow enough already and there was a family behind us. Sent Whit’s a message on their website and a week later have not heard anything back. I do not recommend as the pricing is outrageous and the customer service is practically nonexistent. I just went there today at 6:15 we got a sundae and a whitser we paid and she made them when she gave them to us it was melted so bad it was running down the cup of my sundae and my sons whitser. The girl said the chocolate is always like this. I know for a fact it isn’t because I have gotten choc in a cone many times. I won’t be going back to this location!
Love Whit’s ice cream but this location could use some work. I’m not sure if you are affiliated with Donatos that share the same building but if you are not it’s making both businesses look really bad.
