My husband and I walked in to Saito tonight at 9:10 (knowing they close at 9:30), to place a to-go order. We have a rather large family that had been at the local football game, so our order was a great amount. I will brag on all the gentleman, they never blinked an eye to take our order or made us feel as if we were unwelcome or that our order was too large to accommodate so soon to closing... Good food, great service. My fam and I Recommend the Joker Roll and the Spicy Simba Roll. Been here several times; dine in, lunch at table, grill and take out and it is always on point.
The owner Sovian, is not only an amazing cook but show him respect and you'll find him a new friend. We need more small business owners like him. Show up and he will treat you like family. I've eaten Japanese in over 10 states and this is hands down the best there is to offer. Not to mention the service is exceptional. Highly recommend.
