10 of us rolled in at once and only 1 barmaid was on duty. She also did the cooking. All of us had a cold drink in short order. She then went to work on the food. She gave us great service and did an excellent job.“

“Whenever in a town for the first time, we look for an Irish pub. We’re very happy to have found Paddy’s. We had the bar/bartender to our selves for a short while. Discussed Irish whiskeys, history of the bar and more. Had a great time but had to move on. The Casey’s from Michigan.“

“You can't beat the cocktails here. Price is on point, and so is the profile. The dude upstairs can mix some drinks no matter what you're in the mood for. Legit drinks, not an Applebee's version (unless that's how you asked for it, probably).“

“This is kind of a dive bourbon bar but definitely worth stopping in. Taylor the bartender was absolutely fantastic. They climbed a ladder to get a bottle that we wanted a pour of. We got a flight and the store pick of Russell’s was out of this world but unfortunately not for sale. The restroom was clean. Our only complaint was the bar and the menus were really sticky. Like so sticky that we washed our hands in the fountain outside when we left. However, definitely worth a visit if you’re a bourbon drinker because they have over 500 bottles.“

“Our experience was just incredible. My family came here for a pre birthday dinner for myself. Our waiter Dylan was fantastic - very down to earth, kind and funny. He was running every which way but he also maintained a great attitude. I believe he just may be the best server I’ve had at a restaurant! Our food/drinks were so tasty. My husbands food was running a bit behind ours due some malfunction in the kitchen with the stoves/ovens, so the manager Devin came over and let us know that my husbands meal would be comped AND we would get a free dessert. We truly were not expecting anything like that. I overheard Devin at another table complimenting his entire staff by saying he has the best in the world. It truly shows. Even if we did not get anything for free, it was still a great experience that deserved a great review. Thank you to both Dylan and Devin for going over and beyond for your customers!“

“A dive bar type of place with a cozy basic atmosphere. Drinks are cheap for a downtown bar in Covington KY. Service is attentive and friendly. Food is not served but several restaurants are nearby or one can bring food into the bar. Happy hour is unparalleled for it seems to cover all types of drinks. This is not the usual for places that have happy hour. Seating is ample plus space exists to stand.“

“I can only speak for the weekends. That is the only time I have gone. With that said the ladies that work the bar are Incredibly nice and make you feel at home. And Donna sets the tone with the karaoke and I have always had a great time! This story tells it all. I am 61 years old and have been able to drink legally since I was 18, So needless.to say I have been in a frw bars in my life. Not just here but around the country and parts of the world. And in all that time I never had a bartender come back after I paid them and say the accidentally charge me too much and gave me change back. This is a testament to how awesome this place is. “This is regarding the location inside Turfway Park Racing and Gaming in Florence Kentucky.. Husband and I wanted to come out and watch the band that was there this past Saturday night. Apparently they have a new table service 'rule' in effect. if I understand it correctly, in order to sit at a table and watch the band which doesn't start until 9:30 or later, you MUST order $50 worth of food and or drinks. After the 2 hours that you are there, if you want to stay longer, they will charge you an additional $50. Who are they to tell people how much they must spend on food and drinks? We stood outside of the railing actually in the casino and watched the band for the 1st set.. We saw a couple sitting at a small round table in front of us only order two alcoholic beverages the whole time they were there.. so you are telling me that you expect two people to sit at your table and if they are not ordering food, you expect them to spend $50 on alcohol in order to sit at the table? Unless I am misunderstanding,,, needless to say, we will never ever step foot inside of this restaurant to eat or drink.“
