“Simple and Quick! We came to Jackson on our way to Red River Gorge for a quick breakfast and the Cozy Corner Cafe hit the spot for just that. We ordered a simple breakfast sandwich and an ‘all star breakfast’ - both with sausage. The sausage was flavorful and not greasy at all. The sandwich was petite and perfectly cooked. The hash browns were the star of the breakfast though. We were in and out of there in 20min so fast is an understatement. If you’re looking for a quality simple breakfast stop on by the Cozy Corner Cafe.“
