“This location is the BEST!“

“It's no longer KFC; it's now WNB Factory. The wings are delicious. I tried the Mango Habernaro, I highly recommend it if you like a little heat; I also tried the Hot Teriyaki, it too is very tasty with a little heat. Their onion rings are very good too. The Double Double Steakburger is monstrous, recommend the pretzel bun. Will definitely be back!“

“I rarely leave reviews but today I am. I ate at Gus’s for the first time today and I must say it was amazing. The waitress was lovely, welcoming and attentive. Everything came out hot, the fried chicken wasn’t over breaded, it was perfect with the perfect amount of spice and reasonably priced. I give it an 11 out of 10 and I will definitely be going back on the regular.“

It was the grilled chicken. She gave it to me. Wasn't thrilled but wasn't disgusting. Processed chicken, but what do you expect? Did have the charbroil grilled look.“

“I recently visited the restaurant located at 2350 Shane Drive, Louisville, KY 40220, and I have to say this was one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. From the moment we walked in, everyone was exceptionally nice, friendly, and welcoming. The entire team carried a positive attitude that instantly made us feel comfortable.

What truly stood out, and what I’ve never experienced before in any restaurant, was the manager personally coming to our table to check in on us. He politely asked if everything was okay and whether we needed anything else. That small gesture made a huge difference — it showed genuine care for customers, not just routine service.

The food was delicious, fresh, and served on time. Every item we ordered tasted great, and the service throughout our visit was consistently impressive. It felt like the staff really took pride in the quality of their work.

I sincerely hope the management passes this message along because the team at this location truly deserves recognition. They provided outstanding hospitality and made our visit memorable.

“It was a late dinner, just before closing. The place was wrapping up so there was no line, just great service, fast food, and delicious. The employees at Chick-fil-A always seem well trained and this location was no different. All the employees we interacted with were courteous, attentive, efficient, and hard working. The place was quite clean after what I'm sure was a long day of serving customers.

Parking: I was there right before closing so personally I had no problems finding parking.“

“I love everything about Carali’s. So much so that now, living in Chicago, it’s always on a must eat list when we’re in town. The fried fresh empanadas are incomparable, the Carali’s sandwich is heaven and the sauces!!! too good to be true. 😋 If you haven’t tried Carali’s, run there now. The portion sizes are huge and you’ll be very happy for leftovers, it gets even better when you wait. Enjoy it!“

“This review is long overdue. If I could give this establishment more than five stars I would! Everyone knows and loves the food at Chic, but what this location offers is something special. It is the cleanest, brightest, happiest fast food restaurant I have ever been to!“

“This has been our favorite chinese restaurant for many years. They hace the BEST crab rangoon around! However, recently we have been getting served the wrong food. Which is extremely annoying. My husband has an allergy to some meats, so when we order one thing and get a different meat in our order, that is both concerning, & frustrating. I greatly hope that this stops and never happens again. But with this being the second time In a row that it has happened to us, my expectations of this actually being fixed isn't high.“
