I ordered online thinking oh this is convenient. We were given a precise time to pick up our food. I pulled up at the designated time. I was told that it would be an additional 16 minutes because they would have to cook the chicken. The associate then proceeded to give me every excuse she could come up with why our order wasn’t ready. I proclaimed that they should quit making excuses and get to cooking.
