Ordered online and had to wait in drive through for 25 mins because they never have the lobby open! Pizza was cold by the time I got it. This has happened a few times now.

Went through drive thru at 4:30. Ordered a sausage pizza and the new pizza puff things with 2 marinara sauce. Was told 5-8 minute wait on pizza...no problem. Pulled around. 20 minutes later had to go in only to be told the pizza just came out of the oven. Went back to the car. 5 min later out comes the order minus marinara sauce. Back into the store for sauce...they looked like I was inconveniencing them. No apology, nothing!

Ordered cheeses bread. It WAS BAD. Not sure how long it set under the heat lamp. The cheese was burnt as well as the bread. The dogs ate it.

I would rate it a negative number if possible. The food was cold, had no seasoning(topping), and was hard. Ordered two crazy combos and both were uneaten. Gross. Will not return.

The pizza is always great! Unfortunately, this store appeared to be extremely unorganized and inefficient. What should have been a 5 minute trip wound up taking 35+ minutes. Employee training may be beneficial in this situation.
Literally the most disgusting food I've ever tasted in my life. Also I don't know how you can mess up an order so bad I ordered three things they handed me one I had to reorder and then only got one other item which it still wasn't what I asked for. Then the pizza they give me was hard and cold like it was hours old. That's crazy. The girl was nice tho.
