The pizza is always great! Unfortunately, this store appeared to be extremely unorganized and inefficient. What should have been a 5 minute trip wound up taking 35+ minutes. Employee training may be beneficial in this situation.
The food is never consistent. Ordered a pretzel pizza and I believe they used an entire can of cheese on it. Couldn't pick up a slice without all the toppings sliding off. I like cheese, but this was excessive. Ordered delivery and it was an hour late because the store lost my order 3 times according to the staff when I called. Offered me an additional crazy bread which wouldn't have been eaten so I declined because I'm not a fan of throwing away food. Just not up to expectations.

Went through drive thru at 4:30. Ordered a sausage pizza and the new pizza puff things with 2 marinara sauce. Was told 5-8 minute wait on pizza...no problem. Pulled around. 20 minutes later had to go in only to be told the pizza just came out of the oven. Went back to the car. 5 min later out comes the order minus marinara sauce. Back into the store for sauce...they looked like I was inconveniencing them. No apology, nothing!
