I placed an unusual order for a filet of fish patties with cheese, tartar sauce, lettuce, onion, tomato, and pickles, but no bread. It’s my own version of a fish salad. The Lawrenceburg McDonald's got it mostly correct, but since the order did not come straight from the fryer, the cheese didn't melt.
