Samantha waited on us and took care of us. She was busy doing different tasks but still managed to bring us our order and make our 5 year old son feel special on his birthday. She was super friendly and held customer service with a smile while juggling front and back restaurant areas. She was very appreciated.
My name is Hank satterly and last night I stopped at Lebanon dq and ordered a large hot fudge sundae, what I got when I got outside and realized was a large vanilla soft-serve with chocolate syrup on it, that's the third time I haven't got what I ordered, you got me again, but you won't do it no more, I'll never set foot in the doors again.
This is the second time I have ordered a custom ice cream cake from the Lebanon location and gone to pick up my order only to be told that they cannot fulfill the order. When I arrived in the store today, I was first told that it would be an hour before the person who writes on the cakes would be there to finish my cake. So I explained that I could not wait an hour.
