To all the one star leaving folks: how about talking to a manager. It takes less than a few minutes to get one to the counter, or over the phone. They always make things right. This is the best mc Donald's. They have the best managers and they make lots of money as a part of the Burrell Family team. Quit fussing and hating and learn to be an efficient communicator so you can get what you want out of life! Pretty sure a manager will refund for your dissatisfaction.
Stopped here while traveling back to Lexington. We went through the drive thru. The service was fast and friendly and the food was hot. Had the car in front of us pull forward so they could service us more quickly. No complaints.

This is by far my favorite McDonald's, although I only stop at this one once a month on my trip to Elizabethtown, which I have been doing that last 2 years. I give 5 stars because the staff is always friendly, my food is always hot and fresh, and also because they never mess up my order.
