The Leitchfield Wendy’s was kind enough to comp my meal after making a mistake on my last visit/order. They were gracious and understanding, and that is a sign of good, caring employees. Bravo, Leitchfield Wendy’s!
Ordered two frostys and a strawberry lemonade. Mobile order because drive thru was backed to the road.
Waited 15 minutes.
Called Wendy’s. They said they never received my mobile order even though I’ve done been charged.
Been made to come to drive thru. Guess what? Been in drive thru for 12 minutes now.
28 minutes total and still waiting.
This is quite ridiculous. They could’ve made my order and brought it out to me. Pretty simple.
