I find it pretty annoying that I bought a 20oz latte and the barista was apparently too lazy to fix that she didn't steam enough milk and it was and easy 1.5 inches from the top... That was almost a $7 coffee, I find it incredibly disrespectful for the customers to receive this level of service especially when tips are expected BEFORE the quality is reached...
