First time in the shop and was warmly greeted. My son's bike needed a brake adjustment and they stopped what they were working on to help us out. While doing that, they mentioned a recall on the brake calipers and provided information on how to get that squared away.Very impressed with the Bicycle Face team and will be back to purchase a new ride for myself.
Called these guys around 5 to schedule some maintenance for the bike. They waited for me as I was stuck in traffic. When I got there, they took care of everything I needed and I was on my way! Saved my ride for tomorrow morning! Go check them out! Great service!
