The place was not busy, and the girl who took my order repeated it back to me once at the speaker and twice at the window. I'm pretty sure these aren't onion rings, and my husband is right - I should have looked in the bag before I drove away from the window (and 20 minutes home!). I tried to call to complain, but nobody answered the phone.

I sometimes go to the one on harrodsburg road and lane Allen and I will have to say that the service is good and the atmosphere is great and the food is good the employees and the managers or just really outgoing and good people and happy to see you when you come through the door there pretty outgoing I will have to say and have good attitudes and they go out of their way to make sure that you're satisfied with your meal

I just do take-out but this is the most consistant BK I have ever eaten from in my 53 years. Always kind and never ever get my order wrong. I do not eat sides though, only burgers. Nothing wrong with their sides when I did eat fries and onion rings. Sadly I had to eleminate them from my diet.
