My pup and I started off our visit to Lexington at Ethereal Brewing and were beyond impressed! Excellent service with friendly staff who gave me great local recommendations unsolicited. We plan to make this spot our regular for our time here - thanks, Ethereal!

A friend of mine and I came in last night for a few drinks and dinner! What an incredible experience! The food and beer were top notch, my friend’s Hanger steak was cooked perfectly, and I promise more flavor than the place across the street. Most of all the guys behind the bar made the evening! Engaging, great personalities and the laughs never stopped! We travel for a living, get to experience many different cities and I can’t wait to make Ethereal Brewing a stop of mine every timeI am in Lexington! Thanks guys for a great night!

Food and beer were both very good. Grilled buffalo chicken sandwich was so good I had it twice in 4 days. Side note - kitchen is not open on Monday's.

The food is the best. A lot of their stuff is house made and from grandma's recipes. Drinks are served by the most friendly bartenders. Highly recommend.

The Old Guys Pub Crawl loves this place. Food and beer, that's the ticket to retirees. There's a secret door. Roy told us how beer was made by stomping hops. He took an Uber home. We pub crawl every week, mostly on Thursdays or Fridays. We accept free drinks.

My guest and I ordered the BLT cheese burger and the fish and chips during the lunch hour (which wasn't busy). My burger was very good and I put the mayo on the side. But I tasted the mayo and it tasted like a watered down ranch but not bad. The fish and chips, on the other hand, they had to do twice. The first time the fish batter on the breading wasn't done all the way and the chips were semi-edible. The second time the breading was cooked most of the way except where the fish curls up in the batter, that wasn't all the way done. The chis and hushpuppies were overcooked as seen in the pictures. So when ordering this dish, I would ask the server to cook the fish done and go lighter on the rest.

I have had several great meals here and the beers are always exceptional. The kitchen is call Salt and Vinegar , expect them to live up to the name. Everything is powerfully seasoned. The burger , fish and chips & chicken dumplings are among my favorites. This place is a deep cut not enough people know about.

Not sure how I've missed this place but what a hidden gem. Bartenders were extremely attentive and friendly which unfortunately is a rarity these days. Food was extremely good, can't wait to try more. Reuben was the best I've ever had. We will be back frequently.
