IHOP offers a mix of dining experiences. The staff is described as friendly and attentive, though the food quality has been inconsistent for some customers. While some praise the astounding service and perfect food, others mention disorganization and subpar quality. Despite reasonable prices, the food may not always meet previous expectations. The service has improved, with faster take-out orders and attentive waiters, such as Shamek, who provided fantastic care. Customers enjoy the Tres Leches and other menu items, though some find the prices high compared to the quality.
