Call In my order for delivery it an hour to get to me and all manger could say is sorry
As an avid customer, I ordered Jimmy John's for lunch today. When the driver "Brian" arrived, i signed my receipt while he simultaneously asked me for his tip! In an office full of people he blatantly disrespected me with his lack of professionalism. Due to his poor etiquette, he did not receive the cash tip I had in my pocket.
