So I’m hospitality fella. I live and love it and how Joe and Taylor are treated are horrible. Management looks like they’re personally serving meth and he’s always no where to be found. Tonight a bigger situation happened, the manager and Joe (the bartender who is way more personable than the GM) was arguing with the GM. Literally a 0 star experience. We called and made a reservation for a large party. Upon arrival we received a phone call that they were out of thick crust pizza, calzones and a number of items. We said that was fine and we would be there regardless- the person on the phone sounded disappointed.
