For my meal, I ordered a combination of chicken tacos, rice, beans, and freshly made chips with salsa. The food arrived promptly and was beautifully presented. The tacos were packed with flavorful ingredients, perfectly seasoned chicken, and fresh toppings. The salsa had a great balance of spice and freshness, while the rice and beans complemented the meal perfectly. Every dish tasted fresh and carefully prepared.

Had this food truck for the first time today, and WOW. The shredded beef is beyond words. I got a taco salad, and it’s definitely one of the best meals I’ve had recently!! Following the page now so I can get it again!

I asked Olmeda's to cater for about 35 faculty, staff, and students in January 2025. We had burrito boxes and salads, and the patrons raved about them. The burritos were HUGE and more than enough for a meal and then some. They were easy to work with over email and phone, and I was able to pay by credit card on the day of delivery. They were on time and friendly, and I would most definitely use them again!
