What a pleasant restaurant! My husband and I just ate there for dinner and were impressed. The atmosphere felt like a spa, they bring you warm towels to cleanse your hands, the sake was the hottest sake we’ve ever had, and the delicious food was served quickly and the presentation was out of this world. Thank you Cory S for your great service!
It's definitely on the high end as far as price but the food is exceptional.

Omakase Sushi & Grill at Palomar is a fantastic restaurant and a favorite sushi spot for many, considered by some to be the best in Lexington. The experience is exceptional, with top notch service where staff are respectful and never make guests feel rushed. The ambience is supported by cute décor, nice music, and a very clean place.
The food is hands down the best omakase and sushi many have ever had, praised for being beautifully prepared, exquisitely fresh, and simply good. The quality and freshness are fantastic, not frozen. The signature and special rolls are unique without being too “out there,” offering options beyond a California Roll. Popular items include the Chevy Chase, Pink Flamingo, Sex on the Beach, Hamuraki, beef Udon, and sashimi platter. The plating is beautiful with delicious sauce pairings. Desserts like the crème brûlée are also excellent. While one oyster had a slightly fishy smell, the overall experience is great with amazing food and drinks. It is highly recommended and a place guests cannot wait to visit again.
