My go to Penn Station, I've never had a single issue and everyone there is super nice!
My last 3 visits to this location have been incredibly disappointing. Today, I ordered fries over the phone only to arrive and be told they were not available. The sandwich I ordered came with onions despite me not having been asked about onions (I hate onions) so I left the store with a sandwich that was inedible and no fries, when the fries were the WHOLE reason I went there in the first place.
