I ordered ahead for takeout. I was greeted when I entered and went to the pickup area. The gentleman who assisted me was smiling and friendly. My food was ready at the quoted time. I had about a five-minute drive back to my office and when I started to eat my sandwich it was still steaming hot. To be honest, it hit the spot more than I expected. My company orders Penn station at least once a month. The food is always delicious and the service is impeccable. Their new salad option is top notch. You get huge amounts of meats and cheese. It is not your typical fast food salad.
