Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

The food that I received was good, but wasn't what I ordered. Was supposed to be spicy strips, but they gave me regular after asking me no fewer than 4 times if I wanted spicy. The chicken I go did taste good though and was piping hot. The fries tasted good, but we're cold. Took quite a while to get my food though. The $20 family meal is a great deal. Will eat at Popeyes again, but probably not this location.

I placed an order on the website and the store wasn’t open. The employees were standing outside and said they were waiting for a manager that nobody showed up to open the store. I’ve requested a refund through the absolute awful “support” page. All it’s done is tell me there is a ticket open. This was on June 10th. It’s now the 17th and still no refund. I’ll never be back to Popeyes. Horrible customer service!!

They can respond to my review but no resolution for me to get a refund for my money they stole!! I’m not the only one who’s had this issue not being able to be refunded. Popeyes are scammers!!

Takes way too long to get your order. We sit at the drive through window atleast 10 minutes after we order waiting on our food every time we go. You also HAVE to double check your order because they ALWAYS FORGET THE MFN DIPPING SAUCE!!

Food is good but the service is so incredibly slow..online orders pile up with nobody to hand them out except incredibly slow employees who barely know what you have

Been here a few times and service seems hit or miss. We ordered tenders and had to wait about 5-10 minutes for them to cook. I dont mind waiting but when we got them, they weren’t particularly hot as I would have expected. The taste of the chicken, fries and biscuits was good though. I had sweet tea to drink but you have to ask for it, since it wasn’t out. That is a bit of a hassle and strange since the tea is a bit of a staple for Popeyes. Overall not bad.

I went there during a late night dinner it was good I wish the wings I ordered where a little fresher but they was still good and the chicken on the bone I got was fresh out the fryer it was delicious

Absolutely terrible experience at this specific Lexington Popeyes, took 30 minutes to even get my order in the drive thru. Something needs to be done differently. Shame. All for a mobile order that will be cold.

Went through the drive through ordered my food and they forgot to give me 3 sides and I didn't notice till after I got home.

We get a big (16 piece) box every year for our Derby party. This year we all noticed the chicken pieces were very small . Way more breading than chicken. Next year we get it from Grimes.

5 stars because Anthony in the drive thru has the BEST customer service i have ever encountered. I felt like I could actually order what I wanted without feeling rushed and forgetting anything. So, Anthony thank you and never change.

First time my son and I had ate here. It was great. The employees inside were very nice and greeted us when we walked in. Even asked if everything was okay after ordering and setting down.
