No one wants to wait on you it's like you're inconvenienced to them. Bathroom is locked and you have to get someone's attention to give you a key and relock door which is inconvenient when you really gotta pee. My food was less than satisfactory. My beans and rice tastes old chicken seem recooked and extra greasy. Very disappointed at this location Winchester has a better Popeyes

Trapped in drive through because their card machines don't work. Waste of time. Some reason the inside stuff works but I can't order from drive through?

Now that this place is under new management, service is ten times better! When I came here a few months ago, I sat at the speaker waiting to place my order 10-15 minutes until I finally got frustrated and just drove to the window and the employees were just standing there talking and were visibly under the influence of drugs. But there is no more of that! Employees are alert, attentive and service is quick. Food is great as always!

It's been a while since I visited this location because of the poor service in the past. I went there about 2 weeks ago because I noticed it was under new management. The food has always been good, and this time, the service, man oh man! These kids were GREAT! They were alert, congenital, and respectful! The dining room was so much cleaner this time that I decided to stay there and eat my meal. The new manager there came to greet me, and made it her mission to find common ground with me and made me feel comfortable and welcomed. I will definitely be telling all of my friends and business acquaintances about my experience.

Ordered on the app in advance and still had to wait half an hour for food. Didn’t even give us straws. Couldn’t get any straws because the line wasn’t moving either. Bathrooms were awful as well…

New mgmt is no better than old mgmt. I ordered a dine for 2 all white meat. I watched the worker make the chicken box, then take out the extra white meat to add thigh and leg. She then bagged it up and passed it on to me. She was giving me the wrong order without telling me. I told her I ordered white meat and she said the cashier should've told me that I cannot upgrade with a coupon and I can't pay the difference because the item isn't on the menu. I changed my order so she threw the entire meal in the trash instead of letting me pay to upgrade chicken. What a waste. I ended up paying $30 for a meal that I only exptected to pay $12 and waited 15 minutes. I also ordered a chicken tender meal. The drink was smaller than it should be and both the chicken and potatoes were cold and nasty. It was wrong for the worker to knowingly give me different food than I ordered, without saying a word. If i dodn't check then, I would've been across town before I found out. I only went there because my elderly mother is sick and wanted it. I will find some place else for her to eat and will be sure to tell my family and friends to not go back.

Went there tonight, before even ordering there was two people in front of me with messed up orders complaining. The whole staff was yelling at each other. I even heard they ran out of fries in the whole store. I walked out before even ordering. Horrible management. From someone that used to manage restaurants, that is not how you do it. Will never be back again

Just did a drive thru at 115 East New Circke Road Lexington -2pc combo breast and leg…well I got a thigh and leg…second time this has happened!! People if u do not know the parts of a chicken, may need to work at McDonald’s!!

I went around 2pm no line no wait food was hot and fresh. They had just made fresh tea I had the tender box and the lobby was clean. Got greeted with a smile cause I gave one first and started the conversation cause I'm not just gonna walk in and stand there like a dee duh dee. I know it's noisy on the line so I always say something first. When I nicely asked for honey for my biscuit they said here you go gave it to me no problem it's all in how you ask. I had a good experience and got full and thats the point right.

Very disappointed in this Popeyes. How I order a family meal. 4 Sandwich’s with tenders beans n rice Also ordered extra tenders. Order it through DoorDash. How when I get my seal bag still taped and all from my dasher and they only packed my chicken tinders??? How do you miss 4 sandwiches n a large bean n rice?? Do you not check what goes out or you just taking people money?? Call the store she gonna tell me they can’t find where I placed the order. They don’t have an order for me. Yet I’m look at my receipt see they address phone number n the time I placed my order. They are very rude at this one.

25 mins waiting in drive thru pull up for 2 chicken sandwich meals. Finally couldn't stand it anymore. Went inside to get my food or a refund and was told they forgot about my order. The girl working the drive thru was extremely rude and dropped my card as she handed it to me and it soooo felt on purpose. Regardless I won't be back. Ever. Food sucked too btw. Do your self a favor, go to chick fila, KFC, riches, or kroger frozen food section for your chicken. Anywhere but here 🗑

I just spent $22 for two combo meals that come with small drinks and cold chicken. I’m not sure what they did to my sandwich. It is pieced together cold chicken. The last few times I’ve been here it was really good and today it was terrible.

Popeyes chicken is good, always have loved it. The issue is the service! Every time I go they either forget something or the manager is trying to close early to get out of there. This is at the New Circle location.
