We were the only customers in the store ordering coffee and it took forever for them to make. I’d strongly suggest ordering ahead or going through the drive thru next visit as multiple cars passed while we were waiting.

I love Starbucks, but not this one, might have been bad timing but prolly not. the young skinny girl at the window was short and not friendly at all we ended up getting a cup that was on display ..and instead of her getting the clean ones or putting it in a bag or anything like wiping it off cause it was covered in dirt she explained they are all the same and it wouldnt make a difference. smh

Their menu is confusing for me and my entire family. The people who serve are sharp and harsh. They do not try to guide you about their products or sizes. Their measurement names are ridiculous ? I rarely manage to order something good, many times I get tasteless drinks, poorly served (half the glass empty or full of foam ?). Today I ordered a matcha frappe and it was delicious. ??♀️ 1 out of 5 times I am happy with the ones I buy here. Why am I coming back? because my children like it.

The manager is more worried about telling people to drive away to another coffee stand instead of helping make coffee . The manager is killing all moral woth the staff. The staff is unhappy and she is belittle each worker . When her hands arnt even moving.
I was the only customer in there I counted "8" workers and it took them 65 seconds to even say hello ! Mind you I was the only person in there !!!!

Seriously, horrible, I’ve gotten two drinks on two separate occasions, first I made a custom and ordered a venti and they decided to let me pay before handing me the tiniest cup and then saying “oh can’t make that a venti” clearly you weren’t making the right drink, and if you were confused I could have just ordered something off the menu, oh but wait they don’t even make those right :) ordered a white chocolate mocha tall and got a tall WATERED down whatever they decided to make.
