The Green Lantern is an eclectic dive bar with a punk rock vibe, located off the beaten path in a neighborhood area of Lexington. The bar is not very big, but it offers a welcoming atmosphere with a pool table available for play. The staff provides excellent service, and the drinks are cheap for a downtown location. While they no longer serve tiki drinks, they have a pretty decent beer selection and a full bar for cocktails. Overall, a true gem and a staple in the area, highly recommended for a casual night out.
