If you’re in Lexington and you like learning and/or drinking, it’s definitely worth it to check this place out! We did a tour and tasting and learned a lot about the sake making process, and every sake we tried was awesome!
We went here for a tour and tasting and can't recommend it enough! It was just the 4 of us on the tour so we got a very personalized experience. We knew nothing about the sake making process, so it was really cool to learn more about it. The tasting was really fun! Every one we tried was fantastic, and we left with a bottle of sake and some seltzer that we're excited to try at home. Phenomenal sake place!! Has a patio and (the best) ramen food truck out front. Occasional live music and open mic.This place is such a vibe and a terrific escape from the bar scene.Talk to the bar tenders and learn a lot about sake and their in-house sake seltzers. 11/10.
