I have eaten here 3 times so far, and not once has it been an enjoyable experience. The wait time is usually way too long, the food comes out looking like it was thrown together, and I've even had a cashier close the window in my face. I've met one nice worker, all the rest were severely unprofessional and acted like they couldn't care less about the customers.
Paid for a 6$ sandwich got home had a dollar sandwich that was as old as i am. Tried to call back got an answering machine. Left a message No call back. Everytime i have been here the food has been jacked. Usually the customer service sucks but surprisingly that was the only thing good about my visit this time. The customer service rep was very nice

Honestly I'm not a picky person, so I was satisfied, but the food was all a bit on the older side. I've never had a cookie tote that was all old cookies, who keeps 13 on hand at 7pm? Missed your par levels there. Still, can't mess McDonald's up too much, I'd still choose this over Wendy's ♂️ but I wouldn't go out of my way to get here.
