Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

This location forgets or messes up something in my order quite literally every single time, whether I order on DoorDash or at the restaurant. It’s not that hard to make sure everything ordered is in the bag before handing it over. I understand mistakes happen but every single time is outrageous.

The food there is amazing,the staff are so nice ,the atmosphere is cool and calm nothing crazy,everything there is amazing I totally recommend .the food is really not that expensive

That was cute tonight. Lock the door as we get the baby in the stroller. I wouldn't have made the trek if you had normal hours. Instead Google says 10pm but you made sure to lock that lobby door at 9pm like it states on the door. You saw us.....and I guess I get it, but that's the quality of your employees. Ever wondered why this Zaxby's kinda sucks or likely underperforming?

It would be a five if they got my drive through order fixed correctly. Left the boiled eggs out of 3 Cobb zalads ordered.

I don't eat at this location often cause I live in Richmond Kentucky, but every time I have eaten there it's always been good food and service , including my visit there a week ago!!

HAIR IN OUR SALADS!!! The girl working the drive thru has zero customer service and manners. She isn't fit to dump garbage cans, let alone handle someone's food! I'd call her out by name but she didn't have on a name tag and didn't give us our receipt. I'll be contact her manager in the morning. My experience at this location was despicable!

This location used to be my favorite to go to, but as of lately they just seemed… over a lot.The fries on the no.1 that I ordered were stale, the bread wasn’t toast, and the fried white cheddar bites were practically dough. Their ice in their freestyle drinks were not in the picture and when the worker gave me the ice, there was her hair in it. Yikes.I wish them well, but I won’t be back.

Terrible service, takes 30 minutes at least every time. Refusal to pay attention to orders. I got the completely wrong sandwich. This franchisee has no idea what they are doing. There were 4 people at work when I was there and one was a 400 pound dude who looked like he used his shirt as a plate. Zaxby’s is my favorite fast food and this was horrible

Chicken good but there toast need better cook both side Instead just one side

The grilled chicken salad is good.
