Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

store had a pull over to wait for our order (two 4 piece fingers), no issues. After about 20 minutes time, food was handed to us. Incorrect food, but it happens. Bring it back in to get it remade, and the other customer that got our order came in. Cashier took both foods back, and just swapped them to hand it back out. All the food was then cold, only reason we realized, as it came out so fast from the back it should have been atleast hot. Absoultly disgusting, i thought food in most foodsafe services should never be handed back after being passed over the counter, let alone given to another customer.

Greetings, my fellow food connoisseurs, this Zaxby’s location in Lexington was splendid. To start, I really loved the outside and the design of the space, how the restaurant looks like it's a barn, which gives an added Southern feel to the space. I ordered a regular chicken-finger plate for a very friendly price of $11.50, which included five tenders, toast, fries, a drink, and Zaxby's sauce. The workers were very friendly here and ensured that everything was correct with my order. This space was very well kept and neat. The sauce was good, similar to other house-made sauces. The fries were very firm and not flimsy, which I really liked; the chicken was also cooked to a great crispiness. The employees and management here keep this restaurant very tidy and focus a lot on customer service, which I really admired. Overall, my time at Zaxby's was very nice, with great food and even better service!

I went to this restaurant recently. I tried to order online but their ordering system was not working so I went through the drive thru. The customer service employee was friendly(ish). I had asked for extra seasoning on the fries, but there was hardly any seasoning on them. (see pics) In addition, I could tell they were not fresh or hot and they were gummy. I actually tried two fries and the rest of them went in the trash.

I ordered a mobile order. Showed up 15 minutes after I ordered it, should have been enough time right? No. I went through the line app said it was available and the lady at the window told me to pull up it wasn’t ready yet. FORTY FIVE minutes later I decide to go inside I then wait for another 15 minutes to find out that they put the order with the DoorDash stuff and it’s been sitting on the counter for over an hour now freezing cold she tried to give it to me. I said no I don’t want that she goes and grabs her manager for me. All the manager would do was give me a couple of free meal cards. No refund was offered. Tons of cars in the drive-through were in and out within minutes getting their food, etc. in store seem to be a little slow, but they also got their food within a few minutes too. She remade it and I still had to wait another 15 minutes all in all it took me about an hour and a half to get my food from this place probably won’t be back. I don’t know if it was understaffed or what but this needs to be remedied.

Stopped by on my way home, It’s what I expect from a Zaxby’s. Prices are reasonable, food was good. I always get the same thing, but was surprised to see some new menu options. I’ll have to come back and try them!

I paid about $13 for a chicken salad with bacon and egg plus a drink. They put a minimum amount of chicken and sliced it very small to make it look it is a lot of chicken. Very disappointed. Probably will not come back anymore to this restaurant.

It's a tough competition between Zaxby's and Cane's, but I have to admit, this is the best fast food chicken you can get! And they are expanding the menu with other great items items and trying new things.

Zaxby's will always be a 10/10!

This location forgets or messes up something in my order quite literally every single time, whether I order on DoorDash or at the restaurant. It’s not that hard to make sure everything ordered is in the bag before handing it over. I understand mistakes happen but every single time is outrageous.
