“We are not from the area but stop at this location while traveling occasionally. One time we ordered our food in the drive thru. We received our food, but not our Cinnabon bites. We go in and tell them and they were very apologetic, we received our bites plus coupons for a couple of free tacos. We stopped there again and order the same thing, only this time, we were headed home. The Cinnabon bites were all cold in the middle. Not much we could do bc it was near closing time and we weren't going to take them back. Oh well..they were still pretty good 😆“

“I've read the comments about poor service and I believe there are new wait staff. In January 2025, a waiter new to the restaurant but not new to the business was very attentive, and clearly new his business. He also seem concerned that management was fully aware. I think they've have a wake-up since 2024. Dining room immaculate. Food was good but not outstanding. I know no one here. Rey Azteca appears to be owned by a family trying to run a restaurant and make a living, rather than a chain.“
