Great service! Nice people
Good morning !!!!
I don’t normally write reviews but this morning my visit to the McDonald’s on exit 41 in London, Kentucky just really hit me the wrong way. The manager or whoever the shift leader is I’m not sure what her name is but she was the only female I saw on duty and I think she’s a shift manager …… super rude ! I just moved to London and this would’ve been the McDonald’s I would use now I will be traveling to the other...read full review

McDonald's is a restaurant with mixed experiences. Some customers have reported receiving cold food, including fries and pancakes. There have also been issues with incorrect orders, such as missing condiments and items. While some staff members seem more interested in each other than serving customers, others have gone above and beyond to resolve issues and provide great service. A recent customer noted a pleasant experience with a nice young man who quickly fixed a mistake in their order. The restaurant is known for its regular customers who enjoy their visits, often ordering the same menu items, such as the MacDouble. Despite some inconsistencies and long wait times, McDonald's remains a popular spot for many.
