Fix your ovens, every other time we order, the pizza has a barely cooked bottom. I'm guessing you either shut off the lower heating element or it doesn't work half the time. Fix it as it's annoying eating nearly half raw pizza.
I’m trying to be as fair as possible with this review. I’ve ordered from Papa John's a few times now, and this last experience was a bit disappointing. My order arrived about 20 minutes later than the estimated time, and the food was barely warm.
I also ordered 10 boneless wings but recieved 8 bone in. At that point, I just ended up throwing them away. I’m not someone who likes to call and complain, so I didn’t reach out, but this has happened more than once now.

I live on a big hill and after this big snow/ice storm, Papa John's still delivered to the bottom of my ice covered driveway, which I had asked them to do. However, when the driver got there, he offered to walk it up the hill for me. I did not have him do that but the offer was VERY appreciated!!!
