“What more could you ask for in a dining experience at a world famous hand crafted bourbon facility then what Star Hill Provisions has to offer? The menu at Star Hill Provivions is as meticulously curated as the Maker's Mark bourbon distilled on site. Star Hill proudly uses fresh ingredients from its own farm and emphasizes sustainability in its offerings. I had the lamb gyro with a side of roasted sweet potatoes. The gyro was served laid open with all the ingredients exposed so you could appreciate what you were about to eat. The lamb was extremely tender and delicious and the fresh toppings added to the taste explosion. The sweet potatoes were chunked like home fries and the serving was big enough for two. They were drizzled in a savory sauce and were packed with flavor. Others in my group enjoyed the burgers, pizza and wings. No one was dissatisfied and no one left the table hungry. And finally, don't forget the custom cocktails designed to enhance the flavor of the food. (Or is it the other way around?). Make sure to make time at Maker's Mark before or after your tour to stop by Star Hill Provisions located on the property. It is definitely worth it.“
