I went through the drive through this morning at 6:15 and they were not open even though the sign says they should have been open. There were 2 cars in the parking lot that looked to be employees since they were parked way off to the side. Humm. I went back home and got my own coffee and saved $7.

The concept of the business is on trend, but the young, inexperienced, disrespectful staff that you've hired to work at this location is terrible! For what it's worth as a consumer and paying customer, the kids spend more time playing and joking inside, and less on working to be more efficient with the paying customers!! All customers aren't 20something. Their customer service skills are horrible!! Pls note this franchise owners!!!

I usually go to this 7 brew to get drink, however this time i decided i wanted to try a muffin top. When I made it to the bottom of the muffin top, it was covered in mold. Very disappointing and disgusted.
