Took my family there Monday night, our server told us we were pawned off on her so she would be taking care of us. She took our drink order and a while later took our food order. After 40 minutes still never brought salad or bread sticks, she did walk by our table and I tried to ask about the salad and bread sticks, she responded with as she kept walking "I know you want your salad ". With that, we got up and left, over an hour wasted and no food. I do not recommend this place!!!
Very horrible from the first greeting at the door. It was just two of us and we did understand we showed up 15 min before they closed. This should never be an issue, as I work in the restaurant business and I will never turn guess away as long as they make it in time. The manager approached us and says ?picking up a to go order?? Went to Olive Garden in Okalona really enjoy this location. I had eggplant parmesan, Mother had fettuccine Alfredo, Daughter had sirloin with fettuccine and zucchini. We had calamari for appetizer very good, salad, garlic bread, also a bowl of soup. Server Megan N. Was fantastic. Always pleased when leaving.
