78 Coffee Co.

I've been meaning to hit up 78 Coffee Co. since before I moved back to the states! Once I saw that they had bourbon barrel cold brew, I knew I had to get down there to try it. living in louisville, there have always been super nice coffee shops popping up over time. but i gotta say 78 takes the cake so far!! literally cake because i had bought a piece of cinnamon blueberry coffee cake this morning from 78 :Das soon as i entered the shop, i noticed the super open and sleek concept. you could also see the machine they use for roasting the coffee beans which was super cool!! i had encountered 3 people, the co owner, the manager (Andrew) and their roast...read full review

This place is kind of pretentious lol but not necessarily in a bad way. The drinks are super good and I'd give the blueberry muffin an 8.2 out of 10. When my bf and I got there, we stood aside to check out the menu and the dude behind the counter just stared blankly at us. Almost creepily so. Didn't take his eyes off of us for the entire time and he wasn't even the one waiting to take our order. Super weird lol
