Against the Grain Brewery & Public House

Close to the hotel, visited due the reviews. Beer very good! Service was awesome. The worst burger I have ever received. Considering I paid over $30 for a burger, fries and one beer... Unacceptable. The bun was stale/dry, broke apart. I had to use a fork to finish. The egg was almost raw, just not good. It just didn't taste good. Get a beer, avoid the food.

Great place for a beer and a bite! Be it for a happy hour with friends, to watch the game or for some pinball, this is a solid option. I'd recommend trying their bourbon barrel beer!

Great beer.

Kate with the pink hair was very rude. I could tell she was overwhelmed with understaff but she was very snappy. Would say stuff like “can you guys just stay in your seats so I know where you are?” And
“Are you closing out or not? You don’t have to close out-I can’t hear you.” And would go and talk to her friend at the counter.

Service was fine, but wow, definitely a juvenile place. The graffiti in the restroom is horrible. (Why would you allow so many vile things on your walls?!)

Food was blah. My bbq pork was missing taste, but was palatable with a lot of ketchup and mustard added.

We will stick with purchasing ATG beer at locations with good food and nice manners and bathrooms that don't have so much juvenile language.

Chill and relaxed. Morgan made me feel comfortable picking food out. She recommended the grilled shrimp tacos since I can't eat red meat. Great food. Relaxed environment and great service! Thanks Morgan! Ask for Morgan! You're welcome!

Great tacos 🌮 and the Brussel Sprouts were out of this world 🌎 😋 good. A great place to eat before the Louisville Bats ⚾️ baseball game...SAFE TRAVELS TO ALL!!

We stopped for lunch here after a bourbon tour. Server was simply amazing! The burgers were delicious. Then menu is small and simple. Fried pickles spears were also a hit with the family. We sat outside as it was a very nice day. Outdoor area was very clean and the servers helped each other as we were asked by multiple employees if we needed anything. Very kid friendly also and it's attached to the Louisville Slugger field which was nice.

Say outside on the patio. Service was great. The good was good but just didn't strike me as different or unique. Pretty sure the carnitas tacos had the same pork as the Cubano sandwich. Very meh. Good but not like us ever crave it or go out of my way again. Good hang out and good beers and cocktails though.
