One of our favorites. Unpretentious great beer and pub food. Servers wonderful. Artwork unique and creative. Love ATG.

Great tap list, located right next to Louisville Slugger ball park and across street from Angel Anvey. 100% need to stop and have a beer.

First try and wasn't impressed. I wouldn't say the service was bad, but it wasnt good either. I ordered the pulled pork bbq sandwich. News flash: it's spicy. As someone who cannot tolerate any level of spice, this was extremely disappointing. Though the description did not indicate or list any hot ingredients, the waiter informed me that apparently, its the bbq sauce that is spicy. Thanks. I couldn't eat it and ended up paying an additional 6 dollars for a side salad. The waiter was unapologetic and offered no comp or replacement meal. The beer cheese and pretzel app was good. It comes with a tiny cup of beer cheese and a tiny cup of mustard. You will definitely run out of dips, especially if you plan on sharing. They have a small draft list but plenty of canned beer options if that's your thing.
Over all, do not recommend.
P.s no overview of the bill was offered, just a card machine held by the waiter and a vocalized total. Didn't love that.

Got here before it was due to close. I was given the watermelon beer golden ale! Great choice recommendation and very good beer. Staff are friendly even though we arrived just a few mins before closing.

Great local brewery and tap room in the centre of Louisville offering solid variety of beers with cheeky names (A Beer, Citra Ass Down etc) and decent beer food. Reuben was fantastic, however bacon bites had so much unrealized potential.

Awesome spot at the Louisville Slugger Field. The Hot Dog was awesome and the beer was really good. Another great example of how freshness impacts craft breweries more than a lot of other packaged products. I am not a frequent buyer of Against the Grain as a packaged product, but I would drink this beer anytime on draft, especially at the brewery or pub! Great work!

Visited with my wife and son. Great location by the ball field. Kid friendly. Not a ton of vegetarian options, but enough to satisfy. Great burgers amd tots. Beers were high quality. Would definitely go back. Really nice staff too. Also I wish I could give extra points for the fact that they had a smoked beer.
Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly. Menu had burgers and hot dogs and it is a very casual atmosphere.

I can't even rate the food because we didn't get to that point; we waited for 45 minutes. Four tables were empty, but they wouldn't let us sit. Never again! Thank you for the wonderful evening!!!!

Food was quite good and plentiful, service was good. We ate outside because it was too loud inside for conversation and unfortunately outside we couldn't get away from the smell of smoking. We probably should have chosen a different restaurant for our purpose; if we'd just been out for fun I might have enjoyed the atmosphere more.
