About Akasha Brewing Company

Akasha Brewing Company is a local pub known for its good selection of Belgian beers and delicious brewed beers, such as the saison. The place offers a welcoming local feel with board games and good music. Recently, the brewery has been remodeling, so the draft selection is currently limited. Customers recommend trying the Fehr's XL beer, which is highly praised. The staff, including friendly and helpful members like Orion, creates a warm atmosphere for guests. Visitors have enjoyed the welcoming environment, interesting conversations, and high-quality beers, especially the sours like gose and peach chiffon sour. Half the menu offers 20oz pours at typical draft prices, making the beers taste great and less filling, which is appreciated by many. Prices are very good compared to nearby places, and the experience is enhanced by the friendly staff and lively conversations. The brewery also supports community efforts, with some proceeds going to help NC after Hurricane Milton, and they even pay for parking. Overall, it’s a friendly place with a great environment that visitors look forward to returning to. The open, inviting atmosphere encourages conversation and socializing, making it a place where people can relax and enjoy quality drinks with friends.

Good selection of brews with a friendly feline host!

One of the better breweries in the area! Orion was very nice. They have pinball machines! The best part, though, is Wavy, the brewery cat

What a fun place! I love having a comfy couch to just sit and relax while drinking a good beer. I will defy be back when I am on the area. Having a bar cat was a BONUS. My only suggestion is to try make a non alcoholic root beer on tap for the non drinkers. I fell in love with what Market Street had to offer.
