Got my order wrong after it took a good 15/20 minutes. No napkins, utensils, or sauces. had to turn back around. When I came back, the guy at the window had his mouth stuffed with food and sauce all over his face. Kinda gross.

The staff was kinda rude and apparently can’t follow simple instructions. I asked for extra red ranch and they literally gave me a sandwich with no sauce at all. No one else was there they were not in a rush. Ruined my whole sandwich and day lowkey. I wouldn’t be mad if they wasn’t being rude for absolutely no reason. People without customer service skills should not be in a customer service job.

they are disgusting.... A moment ago I placed my order and it was disgusting and to finish I was missing some mozzarlla sticks, my sandwich was disgusting and they didn't give me a straw for my drink. I won't come back here!!!!

Went today to get a roast beef slider and asked the cashier to add red onion, she was so nasty and replied "we are charging for onions, they ain't free" Stay away from this Arby's the cashier at the window was horribly nasty and rude. What establishment charges for onions and then is so rude and nasty about it? It's crazy they want you to come to these fast food restaurants but they have no idea how rude and nasty the help is. I'm willing to bet she wouldn't charge her family and friends for onions NOR be nasty! WILL NOT be going back to this Arby's!!!! EAT SOMEWHERE ELSE! I wouldn't go back if the food WAS FREE!!!! I hope Jack or Mr. Spangler sees this review. This place is not worth reviewing its sooo nasty!
