Clean and friendly atmosphere... Employees were very upbeat and kind. Employees greeted us with a smile. The food is always hot and, more importantly, fresh. Drive thru is quick. This location never has any problem getting my order right. Plenty of parking and handicap parking is available. Restrooms are maintained and clean. They also keep this location updated.Parking: Handicap parking is available as well. Plenty of parking space.
I just placed an order at the Arby's on Hurstbourne Lane, and I wanted to commend the two ladies (I wish I'd asked their names) who helped me with my order. If every business in Louisville treated their customers like they treated me, Louisville would be a better place to live and shop. I can think of at least 100 companies who should rush over to Arby's and offer these two ladies $100 per hour to train their employees in customer relations, starting with the USPS. A drive-through order. The host talked too fast and wouldn't accept the words regular fries for crinkle fries. The food was hot and tasty as expected. The drive-through pathway was difficult to maneuver with a larger vehicle.
