The Annie’s Pretzel in Jefferson Mall should consider closing at 5:00 pm on Sunday because if you visit this location after 5:00 you may not get what you are seeking. They stated they stop cooking at 5:00 and your only choice of items is what is left. A place of business should work until you close and not a minute sooner. I will consider to support other locations but never Jefferson Mall location again.

Currently it’s 2:12 Dec 19. Went to this location at the Jefferson mall. Was approached by a female employee who I would suspect is under the influence of a hard drug. Two other employees was present and was shocked on her demeanor and actions. Nothing loud or rude. All over the place shaking , talking to her self. Couldn’t focus and couldn’t concentrate. When you work customer service and your the face of the business this isn’t how you act . Makes your company look bad. Thanks

i LOVE these pretzels. However, I went to order an original pretzel and the cashier said they were out. That is totally fine if they were out. But a few minutes later they were restocked. I would have LOVED to wait a few minutes for the pretzel i wanted. But the worker acted like they did not care like too bad we are out. I love these pretzels but the customer service is awful.

Words cannot express how much joy a soft, hot pretzel from Auntie Anne's brings me. The buttery, salty goodness is simply unmatched. And the lemonade is the perfect balance of sweet and sour to complement the salty pretzels! Never had a bad experience here. It's a fun treat I look forward to getting when I go to the mall.

Web site says this location opens at 10am every day but employee says it opens at 11am. JMall says it opens at 11am.. The web site needs to be updated. As for the pretzels they are as good as always. Employees have always been friendly here. Easy to buy easy to like. Keep up the good work.

Watched this dude scratch his rear then stick his fingers in the soda nozzle...took the money and handled the pretzels...gonna be a NO for me dog!
Well I went to try and redeem my Annie’s coupon today because it’s was my birthday and I really love this place until today. The person told me I couldn’t get the cinnamon pretzels when it clearly said I would on my coupon and told me I would have to buy something to get a free item. And I never had a problem before and now I can’t redeem this due to him opening the coupon on my phone. Soo thank you for a great birthday!!
