Got the lumpia, ube brownie and pork belly combo. I gotta say, the ube brownie has got to be the BEST brownie I’ve ever had. For $5 you get your moneys worth with a THICK and HUGE slice of brownie that is simply divine.If you see this food truck, do NOT pass it up
The Bamba's have created something special!! There Authentic Filipino food will have you wishing and wanting more. Food so good your "high" on life!! When ever you see the truck, stop whatever you're doing and run. don't walk, run over and enjoy!! A true food gem right here in Louisville, KY!!

My only suggestion is to order your rice on the side.
The caldereta style is when they pour this tomato base stew with peppers, potatoes, and peas over the chicken and the rice. It was so good, but the rice soaked it all up!
