The extremely helpful and polite staff were a true delight. The coffee shop made me a “black eye”, which was strong and delicious. Art work throughout ranged from elegant to eclectic, but all pieces were beautiful. The rooftop bar is the jewel, with outdoor seating, spectacular views, and comfortable conversation spaces.
Had someone randomly enter my room while I was in the bed, front desk attendant didn’t have any clue or explanation. I’ve waited a week to hear back from their General Manager after the hotel stated how seriously they take that matter, still nothing. Seems like they don’t really care about the safety or privacy of their guests
This is the first time I’ve ever left a negative review for a business… but here it goes.
#1 Zero Hot Water - while cold plunges might be a thing these days, it’s not for me.
Called the front desk around 10pm about the issue, however they didn’t seem to care much & said it’ll probably get fixed the next day. Strike 1
