First time to a Bobs. Honestly, in the world of steakhouses, it was mid. I've been to plenty through my life. Skip the calamari. The pieces were small and overcooked. I had a tomato and mozzarella salad: fine, nothing notable either way. The beef was average, I had a NY strip. I've had better at lower priced chain restaurants. This was my first time at Bob's. We were in town for a concert and staying at the Omni. The service was some of the best service I have ever had, and I have eaten all over the world. The food was cooked to perfection, including their famous skillet potatoes. I will be trying Bob's in Nashville once I get home.
We absolutely loved our experience at Bob's Chop House in downtown Louisville. April took excellent care of us and was so sweet and fun. Our ribeyes were cooked perfectly, everything was delicious. Thank you all for a very special evening.
