Food was amazing. Portions are huge! Host, support staff all were incredibly attentive and kind. Filling up water, general conversation, etc. our main server must have been having a bad day. She was combative and outright rude at times making passive aggressive comments and treating us like she was doing the biggest favor by serving us. It was bizarre. Other than her, this was a 10/10 experience!
Great experience. The only issue I had was the Carrort that came with my Filet & Baked potato. The large carrort tasted great! But was really sweet and overly glazed to the point that even after I took it off my plate. The glazed juices still on the plate basically ruined my steak. Still a great steak. Great quality steak. We were disappointed. We have been to Bobs couple times and my husband liked it better than most other high end steak places. Service was off. Our waitress was pleasant but was covering the bar and therefore our service suffered. The steaks were not as good.i got the ribeye and had very little taste. My husband ordered the filet. He said it wasn't as good as previously and wondered if they changed meat supplier. Drinks were good. All in all, not impressed for that price point....
