I'm 46 years old and I haven't felt been treated like a grandson in a decade--until now. That should be enough said. If you are visiting the Slugger Museum or the surrounding area, think about going to Boomer's. The food is fine. To be perfect honest, it's average. But, what wins a person over is the owners' personalities. They are the sweetest people and if you ask about their beloved Boomer (a beagle that is featured throughout the restaurant in pictures), you also give them a moment to reminisce, as well. Younger children will love the unique ambiance!

Such nice people who own this place. We were at the museum looking for a quick bite while waiting for some things at finish up. The food was great and the atmosphere was homey. Would visit again if in the area.

My husband and I are visiting the area and decided to stop by here for a quick lunch. The food was delicious but the hospitality was phenomenal! Loved talking to the owner and hearing her adorable story behind Boomer, the best beagle ever! If you are in the area from 11am until 2pm, make sure to stop in for a visit!Thank you for the delicious lunch and camaraderie! You provided a warm ray of sunshine on this cold and icy day!
