They dropped half the cone, then asks if we want to remake it like we didn’t watch half the cone hit the floor. Then remade it with the wrong flavor. Not very professional or customer focused.
Honestly their syrups are lacking in flavor and the end result isn't very good. There's a place on Bardstown Road that's far better.

Deacon & Maggie are amazing! Always shares a smile! The snow cones are full of flavor and the new flavor to stuff the cones was a good idea. Stuffed Tigersblood and icecream creme w condensed milk is good! Been going here for years. I do miss the old owners but the new ones are nice.

Having lived in New Orleans. I can promise you that these are the real, authentic N'Awlins snowballs. I LOVE THEM!!!!
