if I could give this location zero stars, I would. Went in last night at about 10 PM.. bunch of employees sitting around a couple tables in the bar area and took the bartender Jasmyn almost 10 minutes to even approach me the first time. I ordered a beer and I ordered mozzarella sticks and I added a side of ranch.. I also ordered a large fry, and I asked for the large 8 ounce queso that comes with the chips. I don’t want the chips because most of the time they are nasty and stale or not cooked properly.. I made sure to let her know that I wanted the queso that comes with the chips and I even let her know that I do not want the pico in it, but I still want the chili in the queso. About 10 minutes later a small fry comes out with a little tiny, 1.5 ounce side of queso. I said very respectfully - "excuse me this is supposed to be a large queso". Immediately her response was - "for a side of fries? No. You get a side of queso." right away I’m thinking - what the hell did this girl just say to me? Are you really trying to tell me how to order my food? So very respectfully, I said - "I totally get what you’re saying, but that is not what I ordered" she then proceeded to tell me that I can have the big queso but she’s going to charge me seven or eight dollars for it!! I then told her - "I literally order this every single time I go to Buffalo wild wings, and I go to locations all across the country, and it usually rings up and even shows on my receipt as LARGE QUESO for $1.99" she immediately got an attitude and proceeded to tell me that I was being disrespectful to her when it was totally the other way around. Then she proceeded to tell me that she wasn’t even going to deal with me anymore and that I could speak with the manager if I would like.. I definitely told her I wanted to speak with the manager. Mainly about her attitude and lack of respect for customers.. if she acts like this to me, I can only imagine how she has treated others. Manager came over and I proceeded to tell him exactly what was going on.. I told him that I would pay for my beer because I took two sips out of it, but I was not paying for anything else and that I would never be coming back to this location ever again because of this.. I paid for the beer. I took one more sip out of the beer, and I left the full thing on the counter. Black bartender and I’m white.. funny thing is that she was treating the black guy sitting five seats down from me with the upmost respect and talking to him totally differently and treating him totally differently. Seems like a racist encounter with a racist bartender to me.. never going back to this location and Jasmyn needs to be fired immediately.

Got carry out 10 pc. wings on two different occasions recently. The first time they were excellent. The second time they were horrible…dry and old tasting. They had given me five extra wings the second time…I guess they knew they were bad and were trying to make up for it. Too pricey even when the wings are good, and it seems to be hit or miss with these folks when it comes to the wings. Need to lower prices and pay attention to how long the food sits around before you sell it.

I like the food and sauces, just wish they didn't use baby chicks for traditional wings. Is it me or do the Wings actually get smaller over time? Our server was good and attentive

All the staff here seem to move with absolutely no sense of urgency. They are nice, just not very good at multi tasking. Not sure if it's poor training or just the environment management sets for the staff (way too laid back). Everything takes forever and is very mediocre.
The most annoying part was paying 10 dollars for an appetizer of fried pickles just to get a handful of under seasoned, under cooked fried pickles that tasted like they had been microwaved.
Use to love BWW but the price makes it not worth it anymore.
32 bucks for one person to eat (not including tip).

Walked in at 5pm. Waited in the entry way to be seated. Barely anyone in the restaurant, guy comes up and says 10 min wait. Waited 17 min. He comes back up and says 10 more minutes. We left.

The worst service I’ve ever seen. Food was not ready for over 35 minutes after its due time. No one cared. Not one sorry. Nothing.

Do not use this location. It’s dirty and the service is awful. I can’t believe they maintain their franchise flag.

Ordered delivery from this location. Wings were very small, and ice cold. I ordered 15 and was at least 1 short as well. They tasted overcooked and disgusting. I love Buffalo Wild wings, but this was extremely disappointing. The quality should be much higher for the amount of money you pay to eat there.

This was, without a doubt, one of if not the worst experiences I've ever had going out on the town period. Not just to a restraunt. It started out great as the waitress said if we take a survey online and show her we did it, we would get an appetizer free. Then I asked if they could put the big tv over the bar on the ND playoff game. Now, it's the very first ever 12 team college football playoff game. You would think a place that markets their place as a "Sports bar" would already have this ready to go. However, the waitress got it to happen. However, whoever turned it put it on the wrong feed, and it was showing a split screen of the game, and it was awful. I asked and showed from my phone how the real feed was and what channel it was on. They absolutely changed it with no problem. At this point, the runner came out with our food.
This is where everything went so south very quickly.
My fiancé's nachos had sour cream, which she specifically said over 3 times she didn't want because she couldn't eat it. My burger came out with fries when it should have been tots. The runner was already in a mood and picked her food up and said he would be back. At this point, it's been about 10 minutes since we have seen our waitress. She came and asked about our food and we explained what had happened. She was very figity and seemed as if she was very stressed. We waited about 15 more minutes, and finally, her nachos came out without the right cheese because they ran out of the cheese that goes on it. We didn't know this until after we ordered, and the manager came out to tell us and offered other solutions. My fiancé just took it with cheddar and went on. The runner comes back with my tots and leaves the fries, and in a very smart a$$ tone said, "You can keep the fries." I said out loud, "Why are you being an A$$." Then about 5 minutes later, I hear him later say," I'm just here, so I don't get fined. " A play on an ex football player saying he isn't doing anything, so he doesn't lose anything. So, I definitely was implying it towards me. Then, not even a couple minutes after that, the football game gets switched over to what is called the Skyview cast. It's still the game but the view from above with no commentary. Now, mind you, at this time, I'm the only vocal and person wearing Notre Dame gear in the place. So obviously, someone was doing that out of spite. At this point, it's been 35, 40 minutes since we have seen our waitress. I went up to the bar and asked about our server to see if she left or what. They assured me she was still there. I sat back down after asking about the tv that she said she was going to talk to a manager about, and nothing happened. About 5 minutes later, our server came by and asked if the kitchen ever came out and fixed my fiancé's nachos. I mean, at this point, we have already eaten our food and were ready to leave. Even though we planned to stay longer and watch the game and drink a little. At this point, it took another 15-20 minutes to get our bill. The manager took off my fiancé's meal already but left on the appetizer to make it seem he was giving us a little more off. We didn't ask for anything, so I guess that was good. However, we were there a whole first half of a football game, and I never was asked for another beer (only had 1), and my fiancé was never asked for another tea. If I had sat there another 10 minutes without seeing my waitress, I think I would have just left a $20 and walked out and took my chances. That's how bad it was.

They always keep forgetting sauces, condiments, and today I didn't get a drink. There's never anyone at the desk for pick and lines form just to wait on someone.
