Max Orient Reviews
They're in a food court. There's nothing they can do about the atmosphere.
The food and service are great!
No disrespect, but the younger lady with the glasses that serves the chicken needs to stop being so stingy with the chicken and fill both sides up. Spreading the chicken out making the container look full when it's not. I use to get a good portion of food but now im not getting what im paying for.
The food was good. It has been awhile that I have ate there. It was hot and ready. I will be back again

Max Orient is a well-known spot in the Louisville area that offers fresh and tasty Chinese food with large portions at affordable prices. This restaurant has been a favorite for many years, with combo plates costing between $7 and $11. The menu includes a variety of choices, such as vegetarian options like rice, noodles, and veggies. Customers often enjoy dishes like honey mustard chicken and the buffet box. The food quality is consistently good, making it a great value for the price. The restaurant is kid-friendly, wheelchair accessible, and has ample parking. It is especially popular for its generous portions and quick service, with a busy atmosphere similar to a mall food court. The staff is very friendly and efficient, managing a steady flow of customers, especially those ordering Peking chicken. The dining area is large, open, and filled with natural light, providing a comfortable space to enjoy a meal. Customers have praised the crab rangoons for their crispiness and flavor, while some found the fried rice and lo mein to be a bit plain, with dry rice and flat flavor. Overall, Max Orient is a great place for a quick, satisfying, and affordable Chinese meal.
