Never gets your order on time.Update after 2 years: Went after two years, still the same. They mess up your order and there is a minimum half hour extra wait for pickup.

the worst buffalo in the city, literally waiting for my order 3 hours I ordered 20 wings, all my life I've been here it's a real headache the worst.

Went in on 4/4/24 at 3:30 pm and asked for a booth. I have a toddler who can’t sit in a chair yet but too big for a high chair. They weren’t busy at all and a lot of seating available and the refused and said I’d have to use a table. The particularly gruff woman server was really rude for no reason. Picture of the near empty parking lot as reference of how busy they were not.

Wouldn't be surprised if this location is closed down within a year. We certainly will never go back. Easily the worst dining experience we've had in a long time. Host said 10 minutes to seat, but the place wasn't very busy at all, assumed they were short staffed. Finally seated after 30 minutes. Waitress nice but clearly dealing with a lot, took 15 min to bring a drink. Then never came back to take order and after another 15 min we had to flag her down as she was walking past and was again not going to stop at our table. Placed our order and waited another 30 min before the manager came out and told us that they *just* ran out of traditional wings. First of all, you're Bdubs... wings is something you most definitely shouldn't run out of. He says, well we're not out, but they're frozen solid, so would u like boneless? Um no but we've already been here too long and whatever, but then we ask the manager to cancel the order. In the meantime our server had brought the food and walked away with no utensils for the salad and no napkins, so we flag her down again to ask for some. She says ok and proceeds to walk around to 3 more tables and take orders and check on them so finally we get up and get our own napkins and utensils from the bartender. The chicken was like jerky and barely edible and we had been there for over an hour and a half and were just over it. Two people in our party were nauseated after only a few bites. Left without finishing food. Managed to warn some customers on our way out as they were entering and they turned around and left... at least their dinner experience was rescued before it was too late.

Bit of a wait, although half the tables were open. Ordered naked tenders which were more like jerky....very dry and hard to cut/ chew through. Wrong dipping sauce brought out...twice. Just gave up after waitress offered an "oops...sorry", but offered no remedy. Used to like the BW3's experience. Not so much this time.

The only downside was no sign of "wait to be seated" or "seat yourself" and no one at the hostess stand for quite a bit.

Don't get delivery with this place. They outsource to some other company, so when they screw up the delivery, you have to deal with two businesses at the same time, and neither one will resolve it to your satisfaction. Also, don't tip ahead of time, because you don't know if half your food will even show up. The wings were already going downhill, so now I just have every reason to never eat here again.Edit:Ignore their response, they reached out to me to "make it right" and never actually followed though.

I usually have a really good experience here, but this time not so much. Even though the place was practically empty the one gentleman didn't seem to want to seat me - telling me I could get a stool at the bar. And then walking off. Another host came by about 10 minutes later and took me to a table and sat me down, I had an emergency phone call so I had to tell my server it was going to be about 10 minutes before I be ready to order so she said she'd come back once I got off the phone it was difficult to find her but eventually I did, I placed my order for flats and wedges and that's where everything fell apart because the kitchen messed up the order that my wet just came out right away and they were wonderful but then my 25 piece flats order came out with literally one flat. And no time to make more because now it's 10 minutes till closing, it really took a long time for the wings to come out, much too long for a restaurant that was that empty; then they were not even particularly hot when they came out either. On top of which I ordered two different flavors and if I got them I'm not really sure because they were all mixed together in one pile of not flats. The assistant manager did give me a discount, but believe me when I tell you that it was not enough of a discount to even cover the premium cost of ordering all flats. And then I ended up having to pack it to go and because of how long everything took. My server was awesome and I tipped her accordingly, but if I had it to do again I would have paid for the wedges give him my server the same tip and left the wings there because they were such a disappointment.

When I got my food, it was cold, dry, and hard. I had to add my own sauce to the boneless wings. I got mild. I also called the one on outer loop and asked them if they could make them extra wet, they said yes. When I got them they were dry and cold!

I still miss the Blazing Wings but the Hot Shot Wings are better than the Carolina Reaper Wings. I got a ten piece for free on my birthday.Vegetarian options: They have carrots and celery...?

Every time I go there the take out order time is off and the food is horrible. Going on two years going there u would think that I would learn my lesson. U would think that someone would eventually catch on there but…….?

Absolutely the worst service I have ever received. Waited 10 minutes at the door to be greeted, server was rude and unapproachable. Openly talked bad about the customers IN FRONT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS. I have never experienced this type of service from ANY establishment. We left before even finishing our food.
